Rosalind Walker is a Glasgow born artist, previously living in Portobello, Edinburgh and recently returned to her hometown.
She is a mixed media artist working mainly in acrylic, pastel, collage etc. Her paintings are a mixture of abstract, still life and landscape which she builds up in layers of vibrant colour and rubs back to reveal her own unique style – she also enjoys an abstract form of portraiture.
Rosalind works from her home studio.
Born and raised in Glasgow, Rosalind lived for many years in Portobello, Edinburgh – she was the owner of The Velvet Easel Gallery until her return to her hometown in 2021. She works from her studio in Glasgow.
